If a customer wishes to cancel an order placed online, the customer may contact Customer Service at info@TheLovine.com to request the order be cancelled. Cancel requests will be honored by The Lovine if the item(s) are not yet in transit. Orders that are in transit to the shipping address specified by the customer during the online purchase will not be cancelled; the customer may exchange the item for online store credit.

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love what you ordered online! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase because of the size, we will gladly provide store credit for your unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Unfortunately we do not do exchanges. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.
- Simply return your package by following the normal return procedure including your completed return label. We will issue you a store credit once we’ve received your return.
- Exchanges must be performed within 30 days of the original online order date. The Lovine provides free shipping for all orders over $150, but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred during the return

LATE RETURNS: YOUR ITEMS SHOULD BE SENT BACK TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERED DATE. LATE RETURNS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AND MAY BE RETURNED TO YOU.
It’s simple! You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it. These items must be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, not damaged with tags attached. Any returns worn, washed, damaged, not in original condition and missing tags, will be rejected. Returns made within 7 days of receiving your merchandise, will be inspected for approval, and you will be notified once the refund/exchange has been processed. Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed. If the item available for exchange you will get the new size, if not you will get a credit in our store.

- Use a trackable and insured shipping method with signature option. Please note: The Lovine is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
- Hair accessories, hats, jewelry (earrings, ear cuffs, etc.), underwear, swim wear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
- Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
- All sales merchandise (orders using discount codes included) is final sale and can only be returned for store credit.
